Short forms

A three-field form gets filled. A fifteen-field form gets skimmed. Reduce the entry to the essentials: weighing, batch, state. The rest is completed later, or inferred.

Completeness is born from simplicity, not exhaustiveness. A field that gets in the way, a gesture that slows down: the field knows what works. Listening to the agents is making the forms reliable.

Data security offline

Entries are kept on the device and encrypted. If it is lost or broken, they are restored from the last sync. What has been recorded is not what gets lost.

Data belongs to the batch, not to the device. Local storage is not a temporary depot, it is the source of truth while the network is missing. Data does not transit, it waits.

Sync without thinking about it

Synchronisation must be automatic, not a task to postpone. As soon as the network returns, the data flows without an extra action. The team has nothing to trigger, nothing to forget.

Incremental synchronisation only sends what changed. No useless transfer, no latency. Only the delta flows, fast and clean.
